Payment Policy:

All fees for Pet Sitting are due and payable within 5 days of receipt of bill.  Payment will be billed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly at your convenience.   Payment may be made by cash or local check.  I am unable to accept credit card payments at this time.  There is a $25.00 fee charged for any checked that is returned for non-payment.

If you do not need pet sitting services for a regularly scheduled visit, please call me at 201-207-5925 with as much notice as possible.  Please be kind and do not cancel at the last minute unless in case of an emergency.

Inclement Weather:

To ensure the safety of your dog, as well as myself or my employees, regularly scheduled  walks are cancelled when local governmental offices are closed due to inclement weather.  If there are no closures, we will get to your home to care for your pet as soon as safety permits.

In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as thunderstorms or extreme heat), dogs will be taken out long enough to relieve themselves - the remainder of the visit will be spent indoors cuddling, playing and having fun.


Trading Days of Service:

Clients that contract for less than a 5-day visit week, may trade their days with advance notice at no charge.  However the days that you wish to trade must fall between Monday to Friday between 10am to 4pm.  Any traded day will be subject to my availability, so kindly contact me as soon as you know you want to trade one of your days.  I will do my best to accommodate all traded days.


Dog Walking Policy:
Any dog in my care is walked on a leash and is not allowed to run free unless in a fenced-in yard.  I must be in control of your dog at all times.  A leash and/or harness along with a collar with proper tags, must be provided for any dog that is walked off your property.Thank you for your understanding.
