Tis the season to be freezin’! While it’s important for your dog to get out and do their business, we don’t want to risk injury and therefore, in the colder months, walks will we be shortened for the safety of their paws. They will be walked long enough to do their business and brought in for extra TLC and playtime. We will also turn back at the first sign of paw lifting as this indicates discomfort for them. We have implemented a new mass texting service. We will be using this service to indicate if we have a closure due to weather, delays due to weather or reminders. Please respond to our personal number directly to be sure we receive your message in a timely manager. This was done to make it easier for us to relay information instead of contacting everyone individually. Please note your information is not shared with anyone.
We will be CLOSED August 21-29, 2020 for a family vacation. We appreciate your cooperation in finding someone to help out with your pets. We will send gentle reminders over the coming months. Please also see the reverse side for WEEKEND closures.

Please be sure to follow us on Facebook for and additional closures throughout the year along with updates on booked weeks for vacations during popular vacation times.
We will not walk your dog if you are off from work or work from home. Your dog knows you are home and many times will not be agreeable to going for a walk with us. Also if you are SICK we do not want to risk getting sick ourselves, or passing it on to family members. We do not get paid sick days. If you are injured or incapacitated in any way, we will, of course, provide service.
We will still make visits on weekends, but there is a $5 additional charge for each visit on Saturdays and $10 on Sundays (unless you are on a trip). We ask requests are made 3 days in advance. We work all week long as well and enjoy time off to spend time doing personal things and with family.
Please see attached release, sign and return so we can update our records and make sure we have current vet info on file. Any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
